Pictured above is our 31' 1973 Airstream perched on our own private summer
camp spot at Branched Oak Lake near Raymond, Nebraska. I belonged to the Optimists Club
then, and they owned private property which was for use by it's members year round.
Above is our
campsite at Burwell, Nebraska where Christopher,
Courtney and I camped every summer for many
years.
And the place that
earned our Airstream the nickname " The Burwell
Motel"

The Airstream
came with a load leveler hitch system and stabilizer
bars.
Note the
difference between the two Suburbans in the above
pictures,
the load leveler
was in use in the picture with the 93 but not in use
in the photo with the 97.
The load leveler
makes a big difference!
I kept the whole
load leveler system when I sold the Airstream.
