Apple Pie (adult beverage)
From the kitchen of Third Attempt




Ingredients:
2 gallons Apple Cider
(look for apple cider with the least amount of additives, hint: it's usually the cheapest generic one)
2 20oz. Apple Pie filling

1 cup brown sugar

10 cinnamon sticks

1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

1/2 tsp Nutmeg

1/2 tsp Allspice

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a brief  (like 10 seconds) boil stirring continuously.
Immediately remove from heat and allow to cool. 
(overnight)
Strain through a colander to r
emove cinnamon sticks and fruit.
Add 750ml Vodka, 750ml ETOH.
Optional: Fruit absorbs alcohol, consider removing the apple slices before adding alcohol.
Pour into and store in glass jars, keep in a cool dark location.
Add a cinnamon stick to each jar.

Ingredients:

2 gallons Apple Cider
2 20oz. Apple Pie filling
1 cup brown sugar
10 cinnamon sticks
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Allspice

 

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a brief boil stirring continuously.
Immediately remove from heat and allow to cool.  (about 6 hours).
Add 750ml Vodka, 750ml ETOH.
Strain fruit and cinnamon sticks through a colander.
Pour into and store in glass jars, keep in a cool dark location.

Add a few apple slices to each jar.
Add a cinnamon stick to each jar.

1 gallon Apple Cider
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
10 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Allspice

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil stirring continuously.
Immediately remove from heat and allow to cool.  (about 6 hours).
Remove cinnamon sticks.
Add
750ml Vodka, 750ml ETOH.
Add a cinnamon stick to each jar.
Store in glass jars, keep in a cool dark location.
