Baked Chicken & Rice
From the kitchen at Almira

2 16oz cans Beef Consume Soup
32oz water
2 sticks butter
2 cups rice
1 lg onion
Add mushrooms to taste

Brown onions and mushrooms in butter, add soup and water to pan to heat up. 
Pour over rice in 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Bake approximately 60 minutes @ 400

Add chicken or pre-seared pork chop in the bottom of the pan for great chicken or pork and rice dish.
