Kielbasa
Alfredo

Ingredients:
1 Kielbasa link
Three garlic cloves
16 oz Alfredo sauce
3/4 cup chopped onions
4 Roma tomatoes
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
In a large sauce pan,
toast three finely chopped garlic cloves in olive
oil,
add 3/4 cup chopped onions,
1 tsp basil,
1/2 tsp of salt,
and 4 chopped Roma tomatoes, cover and allow to
simmer for about 10 minutes.
Cut the kielbasa link in slices
and then in half, add to pan, cover and simmer for
another 10 minutes.
Add Alfredo sauce, heat until
hot, stir frequently to prevent scorching.
Allow to simmer on low for a couple hours.
Serve over angel hair pasta.
