POPPY  SEED  CHICKEN
From the kitchen of Carolyn Langdale/Smolik

Ingredients
2 lb. cooked chicken breasts
1/2 cup of broth
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stack RITZ crackers,crushed
3/4 stick butter
2 Tbls. poppy seed
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup slivered almonds
 

Instructions
Line bottom of 9x13 pan with chicken, sprinkle with salt & pepper. Mix together sour cream, soup, broth and onion. Pour over chicken,cover with crushed crackers, then drizzle with butter. Sprinkle over with poppy seeds and almonds.  Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
