Pork Chops and
Rice

This recipe is intended to be
more of a breakfast dish and can be served with
Biscuits & Gravy.
Ingredients:
32oz beef broth or 2 - 16oz cans Beef
Consume Soup
32oz water
2 sticks butter
2 cups rice
1 lg onion
add mushrooms to taste
Instructions:
Brown onions and mushrooms in butter,
add soup and water to pan to heat up.
Pour over rice in 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Bake approximately 60 minutes @ 400
Add your choice boneless chicken breast
or pre-seared pork chop.
