Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
From the kitchen of Tracy Langdale

1 - 2lb Pork Tenderloin
1 - 12oz bottle of Root Beer
1 - 18 oz bottle your choice of BBQ sauce
Burger buns, split and lightly toasted

Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker, pour the root beer over the meat
Cover and cook on low
6 to 7 hours until well cooked and the pork shreds easily
Drain well. Stir in barbecue sauce

For added zing, top with your choice of Cole Slaw and serve
Note: the actual length of time may vary according to individual slow cooker
