Taco/Burrito Seasoning
From the kitchen at Almira

This recipe is for combining with 5.0 pounds of ground beef. Adjust accordingly to your application.
3 tablespoons chili powder
3 tablespoons paprika

2 tablespoons cumin, adjust to taste

2 tablespoon oregano, preferably Mexican oregano

2 tablespoon garlic powder

2 medium onions chopped or 2 tablespoons onion flakes

( personal preference, I use fresh onion, rather than the dried onion flakes)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, adjust to taste

1 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste

(salt helps to keep it fresh if you pre-mix and store this recipe)

Mix all spices together.
Use or store in airtight container. Will keep for approx. 6 - 12 months.
