Tortellini Spinach Casserole
From the kitchen at Spicewood

 

Ingredients:
1 container Tortellini.
1 small bag of fresh spinach
2 cans Italian style diced tomatoes
4 cups vegetable broth
1 block of cream cheese

Instructions:
Cut cream cheese into smaller blocks,  add all ingredients to crock-pot.
Let cook on low for 3-4 hrs
