Sparkys Tuna Salad
From the kitchen at Granite


3 - 5 Ounce Tuna of your choice
4 Large Hard Boiled Eggs
3/4 Cup Miracle Whip
1/4 Cup Yellow Mustard

Place the contents of the tuna containers together in mixing  bowl.
The bowl used here is a 6 Cup Pyrex bowl.

For this next step you'll either need to have four hands and be a magician with a knife, or you'll need an
Egg Slicer.  I've included a photo that is linked to local purchase location for most everyone in America.

Once you've chopped the hard boiled eggs on two planes, add them to the bowl of tuna.

Add 3/4 Cup Miracle Whip and 1/4 Cup Yellow Mustard and mix together
thoroughly by hand. Do not use a power mixer.  The end consistency should
maintain a somewhat chunky appearance. You do not want this combination pureed.

Serve on your choice of bread, with your choice of condiments.

When finished place lid on bowl and refrigerate.
Keeps good refrigerated for approx one week.
