Apple Cider Vodka (adult beverage)
From the kitchen of

Ingredients:
1 gallon Apple Juice
1 gallon Apple Cider
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
10 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Allspice
 

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil stirring continuously.
Immediately remove from heat and allow to cool.  (about 6 hours).
Remove cinnamon sticks and add 1 liter of  Vodka.
Store in glass jars, keep in a cool dark location.
Optional: Add a cinnamon stick to each jar.
