The L59 is the Flex fuel
version of the LM7
Introduced in 2002, the L59 is simply an LM7 with
Flex-Fuel specific injectors. There is no
appreciable price difference between the two.
They can be easily identified by the more square
injector plug and in later years by the rectangular
metal fuel rails.

Cooling Fan Issues:

pulling air through the condenser at low speeds,

Low Refrigerant:
If the system is low on refrigerant, the
compressor may not be able to effectively pump
the refrigerant at low engine speeds, leading to
reduced cooling.
Weak A/C Compressor:
A compressor that is not performing at its best
may struggle to compress refrigerant enough at
lower RPMs, improving only when the engine speed
increases.
Clogged Condenser:
Debris on the condenser (a finned radiator
located in front of the engine's main radiator)

other debris that could be blocking airflow.
3. Verify Compressor Engagement:
Check if the A/C compressor clutch is engaging
and disengaging properly.
4. Test Refrigerant Levels:

low refrigerant levels.
